Bells of Ireland
This very unusual flower produces fragrant, tiny white flowers within the green “bells” (calyces). The calyces of Bells of Ireland have small thorns which can give a mild bite. Bells of Ireland are considered a large line flower that is very popular for Saint Patrick’s Day. Vase life varies from 7 to 10 days depending on age and environmental conditions.
