The
Florigene Moonvista™ standard Carnation is darkest purple color
available in the Florigene Carnation line. No other commercially grown Carnation comes close to
matching its unique color. The color of the pictured Carnation is
not true to life... it's much bluer than what you see here. After
many attempts to capture this beautiful Carnation on film, I was
unable to get a shot of its true color. Vase life is longer than standard South American Carnations.
There are only two growers in
South America licensed to produce Florigene Carnations. These two
growers supply all of Mexico, Canada, and the USA. This explains
why Florigene Carnations are always in short supply.
