Helenium autumnale is more commonly known as Sneezeweed. Don't worry... it doesn't make a person sneeze when they smell the flowers. Helenium is a very popular garden flower that is winter hardy in Colorado. As you can see by the picture... our bunches of Helenium are fat, and chocked full of flowers.

Helenium has a vase life of 5 to 7 days depending on bud stage and environmental conditions.
