Ornamental Peppers are botanically known as Capsicum annuum. Ornamental Peppers are sometimes called " Christmas Peppers". Pictured is a bunch of imported Ornamental Peppers that has had the foliage removed. Stevens and Son grows our own Ornamental Peppers that are available in the fall. Vase life varies from 1 to 2 weeks. Commercially grown Ornamental peppers should not be eaten.
