Leucadendron
plumosum is originally native to southern Africa. Only the female
plant produces the cones that you see pictured above. This hardy
floral green is rarely available. The first time we got plumosum
in was October of 2008.
Vase life is outstanding with
stems lasting 14 days or longer. As the cones mature they open to
reveal a earth-toned furry center. Leucadendron plumosum dries
very well and is an excellent choice for dried arrangements.
Please consult with your sales representative for this weeks
availability.
Stevens and Son only sells to
professional florists with a state tax ID number. We do not sell to retail
consumers.
