"Rattlesnake Calathea" is native to Brazil but is grown in Hawaii as a tropical cut flower. Rattlesnake Calathea is sold by the stem with each stem having two or more "Rattles". Each stem measures 36" or more in overall  length. Vase life is good... with the flowers lasting 7 to 10 days. Rattlesnake Calathea requires a warmer cooler than your every day flowers. It should be kept near 65 degrees.
