Ginger
is a member of the Alpinia family. These exotic form flowers were
originally native to the Pacific Islands, Mayalasia and Taiwan...
but now are grown in temperate regions for the floral trade.
Gingers have long thick stems measuring between 36" to 48"
in length. Ginger needs to be kept warmer than your every day
flowers... with a preferred temperature of 65 degrees. Vase
life varies from 2 to 3 weeks. The pictured flowers are resting
atop a bed green Ti leaves.
Please consult with your sales representative for this weeks
