Ornamental Pineapples are a bit larger and much more colorful than Dwarf Ornamental Pineapples. This beautiful inedible tropical flower is a member of the Ananas family. They are native to South America and closely related to Bromeliads. Overall length varies from 16" to 24". Vase life of this medium form flower is excellent... with individual stems lasting from 14 to 21 days depending on age and environmental conditions.
