Protea nerifolia "Red Mink" is one the most brightly colored of the feather type Proteas. Its unusual flowers are named after the Greek God Proteus... the God of the Sea. When the arrangement has expired, the flowers can be dried and used in dried arrangements. To air dry Protea, just hang them upside down in a dark area. 

Vase life is between 2 to 3 weeks. Pink Mink Protea can be safely kept in the cooler with other flowers providing the temperature is at or above 36 degrees.
