Since 1978 and the halcyon days of the Colorado Carnation I have been expanding my knowledge and abilities in the incredible world of the floral industry. To say I have grown along with it is not altogether inaccurate. I prefer to believe that we have synced together during the most technologically advancing period our planet has known. To be able to purchase the finest floral products from the best world-wide sources and place them into the talented hands of the enthusiastic designers is a never-imagined thrill that I am delighted to experience each and every day.
Kathy grew up in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She’s been an air disc jockey for a local radio station, ran restaurants, and worked at a newspaper in Nevada. This experience has provided her with great people skills and a friendly, fun attitude. Kathy became passionate about flowers 5 and a half years ago. She believes, “Even during the saddest of times, flowers evoke emotion and I believe flowers have positive energy.” Kathy loves the flower industry because every day is different and every customer has their own vision. “I learn something new every day about what, where, when, or why flowers are available and the day I stop learning is the day I stop living.” Kathy makes for a wonderful contribution to our team.
Kelly has been apart of Stevens and Son since 2003. She has been a floral: designer, manager, and in sales. Her experience in the floral industry makes her a lovely contribution to our team and we’re lucky to have her. She always has her customers leaving here with a smile.
Rebecca is a wonderful addition to our Stevens and Son team. She has four years experience at Whole Foods floral department. Along with her experience she finds flowers fun to be around and to work with. “It’s a great feeling being able to be creative and working with all of the different flowers”. She has shown us that she is a hard and dedicated worker. Rebecca will go above and beyond to make sure your flower orders are just what you need.
