Strawflower is a beautiful and interesting flower. It comes in many colors such as: white, light pink, hot pink, peach, yellow, and burgundy. Like most flowers, they start off as a closed bud and open in the light; but what is unique about strawflower is that even if the heads “pop” off or they are without any water, they will still open! Their petals have a rough, straw-like feel to them, and a fuzzy soft center.
