Anthuriums are also know as… “Flamingo Flowers” or “Tail Flower”. Upon receipt of your Anthurium order the flowers should be soaked head first in cool tap water for 10 to 15 minutes to re-hydrate them. After re-hydration cut 1/2 inch from the stems and place them in cooler buckets containing a flower preservative. These long lasting form flowers have a shelf life of 10 – 14 days or more. Anthuriums prefer to be stored at 55 degrees.
